DELTA Corporation held its AGM earlier today, where in a trading update to shareholders it continued to reflect a strong operational performance.
First quarter turnover rose 15% to US$165 million. Overall volumes essentially flat for the quarter and improved by 5% year to date. Lager volumes rose 10% with margin improvement maintained. EBITDA up 36% to US$30.8 million with attributable earnings rising by 37% to US$17.6 million.
Delta Beverages expect to see revenue increases of 15% and and attributable earnings by 20% – 25% for financial year ending 2013.
Shareholders also authorised a share buy back program for up to 10% of the issued share capital to expire on the date of the company's next AGM. Beverages Beer Sales
