Mashonaland Central Governor and Resident Minister, Advocate Martin Dinha has warned perpetrators of violence in the province that they risk being arrested.

Speaking at the handover ceremony of 11 computers worth over US$4 000 he donated to ZRP Mashonaland Central headquarters, Advocate Dinha urged police to deal decisively with people who want to cause mayhem ahead of this year's elections.

Advocate Dinha said the donation is meant to complement the President Robert Mugabe's information technology drive.
