The MDC would like to dismiss with the contempt it deserves the allegations raised by Thabiso Ndlovu on his purported defections from the MDC.
As a party we wish to make it known to all and sundry that this sycophant left the MDC in 2009 as we were restructuring towards the congress as he failed to get a single nomination from the party members in the Bulawayo province.
He later joined a group of those that sympathised with the illegal Arthur Mutambara failing political overture.
In that group he was their National secretary for Economic affairs and he attended their purported national executive meeting sometime last year in Harare, Ambassador Hotel.
His tired tribal slur against the MDC President is just a figment of his imagination that will obviously fail dismally as history is awash with records of those that have tried and failed before.
We are happy that as a party we are the only tribally balanced political organisation in the country in all our structures from the national executive to the branches. This test we have passed as shown with our record growth throughout the country.
President Ncube will not be distracted by this attention seeking political recluse from his national mandate of leading this country towards a just and a fair Zimbabwe.
