Norton legislator Temba Mliswa has declared that he has overwhelming evidence why Higher, Tertiary Science and Technology minister Jonathan Moyo is not taking those who claim he is gay to court.

Some sections of the political fraternity have at some point associated Moyo with homosexuals in which he has over the years threatened legal action against them.

In a tweet, Mliswa claimed to be having evidence of why  the minister is not taking the matter to court but could not disclose the reasons.

"Ask yourself why the Professor of Thieves is hesitant to go to the courts over the gay allegations. I have resounding evidence..." he twitted.

"Allow me to deal with these ZANU PF gay gangsters. Because the President has forgiven you, you think we don't know who."

Mliswa's attack on Moyo is closely associated with the factional fights in Zanu PF in which he is believed to be rallying behind Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa taking over from the aged President Robert Mugabe who is turning 943 next year in February.

Moyo is seen as the brains behind the G40 factions angling for the First Lady Grace Mugabe to succeed Mugabe or else Defence Minister Sydney Sekeramayi is the most preferred than Mnangagwa.
