2 nabbed for robbery in Greystone Park

Police have arrested two men in connection with a robbery that took place on February 8 at a house along Strattford Road in Greystone Park, Borrowdale.
The suspects, Knowledge Muturugudu (35) and Luckmore Nhau (46), allegedly attacked the victim before stealing US$220 in cash.
According to a police statement on X, the victim's cries for help alerted neighbors, who quickly mobilized and assisted in apprehending the suspects.
"The complainant's scream for help alerted neighbors who quickly mobilized and assisted in the apprehension of the suspects," said the police.
Authorities confirmed that the arrest led to the recovery of the stolen money.
Meanwhile, in an unrelated case, police in Harare have arrested a 32-year-old man for allegedly murdering his mother in Westgate on Saturday.
The victim was found dead with multiple head wounds. Police have yet to disclose the motive behind the attack, and investigations are ongoing.
