A Mount Darwin man was arraigned at Bindura regional court after he allegedly raped his sister in law while watching cell phone videos.
Tonderai Masango appeared before Magistrate Elisha Singano, who remanded him in custody.
The state led by Edward Katsvairo alleged on January 9, the accused, his wife and the complainant were watching videos on the wife's mobile phone while in the same blanket.
The wife decided to go outside the room to relieve herself.
While she was outside Masango switched off the light and grabbed the minor.
He started raping the complaint and while being on top of her his wife returned.
She got a shock of her life and reported the matter to the police leading to the arrest of Masango.
