Miss Teen of the Universe Zimbabwe Finale set for July 26

The stage is set for the dazzling second edition of Miss Teen of the Universe Zimbabwe, with the much-anticipated finale scheduled for July 26, 2025, at the Africa Sun Holiday Inn along Samora Machel Avenue in Harare.
The event, which kicks off at 18:00hrs, promises to be bigger and better than its inaugural edition, with 14 finalists vying for the coveted crown. Organisers say the pageant will not only celebrate beauty and grace, but also culture, heritage, and youth empowerment.
Miss Teen of the Universe Zimbabwe spokesperson Mbulelo Mpofu confirmed that preparations have reached the final phase.
"After months of fierce competition, 14 finalists are ready to take the stage for the grand finale. The event is more than just a competition; it's a celebration of the hard work and dedication of our contestants," said Mpofu.
Running under the theme Empowering the Girl Child by Promoting Culture and Heritage towards Vision 2030, the pageant underscores its commitment to uplifting young women from diverse backgrounds and encouraging community participation.
The winner will succeed last year's titleholder, who represented Zimbabwe with distinction on the global stage in India.
In a significant boost, this year's edition has drawn widespread sponsorship—an encouraging development in a local entertainment industry often plagued by financial constraints. Supporters include My Afrika Magazine, ZimTickets, House of Langa, Rumour Magazine, Rugare Medical, Bantu Clothing, Royal Infinity, Executive Coaches, Girl Talk, African Glam Beauty Parlour, and the Women in Gemstones Association of Zimbabwe (WIGAZ), among others.
Thanks to WIGAZ, the 2025 queen will also be crowned with a locally-designed crown, adding a uniquely Zimbabwean flair to the ceremony.
Miss Teen of the Universe Zimbabwe is part of the global Universe pageant founded by India's Sourav Anand. The international platform provides girls aged between 15 and 20 years a chance to showcase their modelling talent while championing advocacy efforts that address pressing social and economic issues.
As the countdown begins, all eyes will be on Harare later this month to see which rising star will wear the crown and carry Zimbabwe's hopes to the world stage.
