Borrowdale telephone numbers to change

The country's sole fixed telephone operator, TelOne is currently in the process of digitalizing it's network, in a move that will unlock new capacity as well as introduce more technologies and increase efficiency for its customers.
The Borrowdale (Harare), Wichendon (Harare), Triangle and Nyamandlovu Exchanges have become the latest beneficiaries of the digitalization process.
TelOne customers in Borrowdale and Wichendon (Harare) have been advised that all existing customer numbers will be changed. The new numbers will take the form 2xxxxxxx and the new area code will be 024. T
In an advertisement, NetOne said, "We are upgrading the Exchange for Borrowdale and Wichendon (Harare), Triangle and Nyamandlovu. As aresult, landline number will change with an added prefix to the existing number."
The changes will be inforce by Sunday 23 July 2017.
