Jericho voted 'The Real Africa Advertising Agency of the Year 2013'

Jericho Advertising was honoured tonight at South Africa's prestigious AdReview Awards Ceremony in Johannesburg, walking away with the Africa Advertising Agency of The Year Award.
Jericho CEO, Denford Magora, Chairman Michael Hogg and Chief Finance Officer Delight Magora collected the award in front of a packed house at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg.
The Award sponsors, Vodacom South Africa, also handed Jericho a present in addition to the AdReview Certificate.
Commenting on the win tonight, Denford observed: "It is a humbling achievement. We are a small country, Zimbabwe, and we at Jericho look at ourselves as a small agency striving for world-class work with every little thing we do. To have these high-powered South African Marketers vote for Jericho over Ogilvy Kenya and other multinational agency offices across the continent of Africa only spurs us to make sure that we continue to reach for greater heights."
Chairman Michael Hogg observed: "This award is not just for Jericho, but for Zimbabwe. I am delighted that Jericho is blazing this trail and hopefully encouraging all the other agencies in Zimbabwe to also reach for world-class standards and to make an impact not just in Africa but in the world!"
CFO Delight Magora could only observe: "We have come very far in a short in 3 years. The sleepless nights, the drive of everyone who works at Jericho and the passion they show everyday is now paying dividends. We hope this only the beginning of Zimbabwean advertising starting to make an impact in the world."
