NewZiana to partner Sudan News Agency

Zimbabwe and the Republic of Sudan are set to sign an agreement that will pave way for a strategic partnership between Sudan News Agency and NewZiana for information exchange.

The engagement between the government of Sudan and officials from the Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services was revealed by the Sudanese ambassador to Zimbabwe, Hamdan Wadi Dldoom in Harare on Monday.

Ambassador Wadi Dldoom had paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services, Professor Jonathan Moyo and his deputy, Cde Supa Mandiwanzira.

Speaking to journalists, Ambassador Wadi Dldoom said his country hopes to sign an agreement with Zimbabwe soon to ensure the exchange of information and the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Ambassador Wadi Dldoom said the discussion also focused on the growing relations with South Sudan which are anchored on peace.

Sudan and Zimbabwe have been enjoying cordial relations which are expected to be further strengthened by the signing of bilateral agreements.
