Black Zimbabwean appointed Innscor Chairman

Innscor Africa Limited has appointed commercial lawyer Addington Chinake as its new Chairman to replace David Morgan.

While the ZSE listed conglomerate was reportedly finalising the formalities for the announcement, market insiders say the 45 year old was due to be unveiled soon as the "process" was virtually done.

"After Morgan's departure interviews were conducted and Chinake came out tops.  

A source said that the company chose Chinake for his recognisable industrial experience and expansive network.

The finance director for Irvine's Zimbabwe has been appointed as the new group finance director. The appointments are with effect from Jan 1, 2015
