Parly Committee absolves Telecel

The Parly committee on ICT last Thursday presented a report which absolved Telecel Zimbabwe of any wrong doing in the licence saga.
The report said Telecel had mutually agreed with Government and was complying with payment terms for the licence.
The report notes some of Telecel's achievements such as being the first mobile network operator to reduce the price of a SIM card.
Sunday Mail features the history of the company seen through the eyes of James Makamba.
They also note the staff turnover at the group which they label obscene.
