The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) has apologised to customers in Harare and across the country for the increase load-shedding which see some suburbs going for the who day without power.
Harare Residents Trust stated that ZESA apologised to its valued customers for the increase in load shedding outside the publicized schedule due to a power system surge.
"The upsurge in the load shedding has resulted in the loss of generation at Hwange and the small thermal power stations. Restoration is currently underway," the Trust said.
