Qatar Airways keen to partner Air Zimbabwe

International airline Qatar Airways is among the top international airlines keen to enter into a partnership with Air Zimbabwe.
This comes as the hunt for Air Zimbabwe's technical partner continues.
Transport and Infrastructure Development Minister Obert Mpofu says there has been overwhelming responses by regional and international airlines keen to partner the struggling national flag carrier.
Meanwhile, applications have been received from reputable contractors interested in the Harare-Beitbridge road rehabilitation project.
The road rehabilitation project is set to take off soon following the withdrawal of the litigation by the previous contract, Zimhighways.
The rehabilitation and dualisation of the Harare-Beitbridge road is among the major projects under government economic blueprint, ZIMASSET.
