SMEs capable of producing most goods needed in the country - Nyoni

Small to Medium Enterprises and Cooperative Development Minister Sithembiso Nyoni says SMEs are capable of producing most of the goods needed in the country.
Nyoni was addressing SMEs leaders from all the 10 provinces in Zimbabwe who were attending a training workshop in the capital this Thursday.
She said it is important for SMEs leaders to have ethics so that the public can have confidence in them.
The National Chairman for the APEX Board Zimbabwe Chamber of Small to Medium Enterprises, Mr Daniel Chinyemba said the training programme is aimed at teaching leaders strategic planning and qualities necessary for one to be in position of authority, and said SMEs are now widely received all over Zimbabwe.
The SMEs sector contributes more than 60% of the economic activities in the country.
