Apathy hit 2016 budget meeting

The second day of the 2016 National Budget consultations at Crowne Plaza hotel in Harare has been hit by apathy with a mere 50 people said to be in attendance.
The meetings are conducted by parliamentarians.
Business journalist Clarkson Mambo wrote on his twitter account shortly after 9 am "At the Harare 2016 National Budget consultations at Crowne Plaza hotel. Discouraging attendance at the moment, slightly more than 50 people
"Committee chair Munacho Mutezo tells those in attendance they are free to say whatever they want & have Parliamentary immunity".
The meeting scheduled for 9 am to 12pm.
The team then moves to Chitungwiza in the afternoon.
