Rapper Desmond "Stunner" Chideme and his socialite girlfriend Pokello Nare have hinted they might get married this year and shame pessimists who presumed that the leakage of their home-made sex tape would hurt their relationship.
The couple gave this hint in a five-minute long interview on Power FM Breakfast Show that was hosted by DJ Squilla this week. Speaking from United Kingdom where she joined her lover, Pokello told DJ Squilla live on air that there were HIGH chances that she might change her last name to Chideme this year - Stunner is likely to put a ring on that light skinned finger!
DJ Squilla asked Pokello whether they were any chances that she would change her last name to Chideme and she replied: "Well, as I told you that in 2012 we have a lot of surprises, so you must expect surprises."
Pokello did not categorically declare that she was changing her last name but she insinuated such with her statement that did NOT dismiss chances of the two making their well documented premarital sex official.
Stunner also hinted that "anything can happen in 2012" when the interviewer posed the same question. It appears the leaking of the sex images has cemented their relationship as they seem to be appearing more in public together. It must be NOTED that the two are both single parents.
Stunner also declared that 2011 was the greatest year of his musical career.
"The year 2011 has in fact been my greatest year ever. As I have said before, I don't regret the leaking of those photos because we are both grown up adults and both single, my only regret is it ended up being seen by children," he said.
He said he was in fact being approached by the corporate world for more endorsement deals. When asked on her family and friends' response to the leaking of the raunchy photos, Pokello said they were VERY SUPPORTIVE.
Meanwhile judging with the confidence that Stunner was oozing in the radio interview (for his voice was so bubbling) the young rapper has set high targets for himself and might release yet another number one hit record and grab another song of 2012 accolade like he did with his hit Godo!
