Zimbabwean model to host Big Brother launch

Model, presenter and actress, Vimbai Mutinhiri is set to scale greater heights after being chosen to co-host the 9th edition of Big Brother reality television show launch to be held on September 7, The Zimbabwe Mail reported.

Vimbai will co-host the launch with IK and the two have a good working relationship as they have achieved the same feat before.

This latest assignment makes Vimbai one of the country's most decorated presenters, making waves on the continent.

She is host to popular television show Stargist and she was also linked to season two of Nollywood actor Jim Iyke's controversial reality show JimIyke: Unscripted.She features in the Nokia Lumia 520 campaign along with Nigeria's Uti Nwachukwu and South Africa's Lawrence Maleka.

Meanwhile, according to M-Net Africa, the new season will be dubbed Hotshots.

Last year, Zimbabwe was represented by Pokelo Nare and Hakeem Mandaza.

This year's representatives would be announced at the launch on September 7.
