Bulawayo International Art Fair 1st Edition

Bulawayo International Art Fair, the expected premier fair for Modern and Contemporary art, debuts from 27-30 April 2016. For its 1st ever edition, the Fair will encompass four days of visual and performing arts programming.
Founded in 2015, this event is expected to feature an internationally recognised sidewalk sales, gallery, exhibitions, children and youth day, educational opportunities, music, dance and theatrical performances in a variety of outdoor and indoor venues.
In an effort to embrace its vision to bring on board emerging and established artists, the Bulawayo International Art Fair hereby calls for entries for its gallery and exhibition displays under the theme, "CREATIVE MINDS, SKILFUL HANDS".
CREATIVE MINDS, SKILFUL HANDS 2016 is open to artists whose primary residence is Zimbabwe. Digital images of original work produced within the last three years may be submitted. Both adults and enrolled studets from Ages 16 through 26 may apply to the exhibition.
Work eligible for exhibition in the Art Fair includes drawings, paintings, mixed media, photography, and hand pulled prints, water colours, recycled compact discs, fiber and paper.
