MAJAHAWODWA Ndlovu aka Jeys Marabini is promising fireworks at the Unity Gala that will be held on Saturday in Mutare.
In an interview, Ndlovu said he was ready for the show and fans should expect new dances from his group.
"The last time that we performed at a gala we got the best responses from the fans and this time we are saying they should expect more from us," he said.
Ndlovu said he was taking the event seriously as it is the one that brought peace and stability in the country and should be treasured by everyone.
"I am taking this event seriously so I will give my best on it as unity brought success to us as a nation.
"Development can never take place as long as there is no peace and unity so this initiative by the late Comrade Joshua Nkomo and Mugabe is very important and it should be taken care of so we should celebrate this initiative with our fans.
"I know that fans can be offended by the schedule as its possible that I will perform late but the fact is they should be patient and wait for my performance.
"But what fans should know is that it will be Jeys one time doing his thing. Fans should expect one or two songs from my new album that will be released early next year," he said.
Ndlovu urged fans to come with their children to this show for them to learn and know more about their nationalists, as they will be celebrating with others.
"This event is important for children so they should come and meet their nationalists and learn more about the history of Zimbabwe," he said
