Future Dube to launch Khaya Arts

THE newly formed breakaway group of Simunye Simunye called Khaya Arts production will be launched on Saturday at Nkulumane 5 in the city.
The group that was formed two months ago has been performing in different functions across the city.
The director of the group, Future Dube, said the launch was to officially mark their existence in the country's entertainment scene.
"We are launching our group on Saturday and we are inviting different artistes across the city to come and grace our event. We are marking our entry into the city's arts industry so were are calling upon everyone to come support us on this important day in our group," he said.
Khaya arts boasts' of 15 members who have been working with different artistes over the last few years.
The group is comprised of young energetic boys aged between 15 and 20.
Dube said their launch will be combined with a Christmas party for orphans in the area and orphans aged between 0 to 15 years will be given different presents and the group will provide entertainment on the day.
"We decided to combine our launch with the Christmas party for orphans and we are looking forward to have a great day with these under privileged people," he said.
Khaya arts was formed after Dube clashed with some of his group members on how to manage Simunye Simunye and he saw it wise to come up with a stable called Khaya Arts Production.
