SA's upcoming gospel musician tours England

ONE of South Africa's upcoming and much-talked about gospel musicians, Omega Khunou is in England for a series of gospel shows, he has told The ZimDiaspora.com in an exclusive interview.

Omega is being promoted by Rainbow Entertainment & Promotions in conjunction with the Christendom Pentecostal Church based in Swindon, United Kingdom.  He has performed in many other provinces around South Africa and has taken his talent to international heights in countries such as Holland, Lesotho, Botswana.

His first performance will be tonight in Manchester, Christ Dwelling Place Ministries, 12-16 Charter Street, Manchester, M3 1L. He will also perform tomorrow (23rd August 2014). Born in Rustenburg and bred in Koster (North West), South Africa, Omega told this online news that his biggest inspiration was to spread the "word of God".

"I want to preach the gospel of God to all nations and I am doing this through music," he said.

"I do this through sound and melody, propagating the message that Jesus died to save us. My music accommodates all ages, thus elders and youngsters.  I produced mixed rhythms, that is the groovy sounds and slow ones," he said.

Omega has since added four albums to his blossoming gospel music career. His latest song, Crossover is a hit and has already 8 500 copies in South Africa. His previous hit songs Besuka and Udumo sold 8 000 copies each.
