Star FM's DJ Napster to host Free to Worship Concert

He is no stranger to the airwaves and on Saturday, radio personality Napoleon Nyanhi will swap the sounds of the radio, to take center stage at the Free to Worship concert in London.
Known on radio as DJ Napster, the versatile talk show host says he is over the moon and looking forward to the concert.
"Free to Worship is one of my favourite choirs and to be joining them, center stage, as host is just an amazing feeling," Nyanhi said.
"We have Ntokozo Mbatha and Mr Zex Manasta gracing the stage as well, and I literally have goosebumps thinking about it - it is like a gig from heaven and I wouldn't miss it for the world."
The seasoned broadcaster and budding entrepreneur participated in the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young Africans last year, spending six weeks at Clark University in Atlanta, representing the Zimbabwean brand and sharing innovative ideas to develop his media business. Nyanhi also shared best practice with other young African leaders and his American counterparts.
"The Fellowship was such an experience and taught me so much. It has played a significant role in the way I do things and also enabled me to implement a lot of positive and creative ideas in my work."
"I am currently working on a number of initiatives and I am optimistic about the chapter ahead, as well as all the developments taking place over the coming months," he added.
Selected as one of the most influential Zimbabweans under the age of 40 in 2014, Nyanhi became the first media personality from Zimbabwe to host the live red carpet interviews of the popular South African Music Awards (SAMA).
He is also Brand Ambassador for a number of enterprises, including Chicken Slice and Ster Kinekor. He was also named as the face of the Population Services International (PSI) Zimbabwe, where he has promoted positive living and responsible reproductive health behaviours.
With the event fast approaching, the organisers have said that plans for the event are coming together, and have encouraged the public to buy tickets and not miss out.
Taking place at the prestigious Dominion Centre in Woodgreen on 1st October, the celebrated venue is home to high profile parties, concerts and corporate events, and boasts a theatre that seats up to 2000 people.
Tickets are still available, and priced at £20 for adults, £8 for children and £35 for VIP tickets. They are being sold exclusively on the Free to Worship website www.freetoworship.co.uk or can be purchased via the phone. Tickets can also be purchased at the door on the night.
