There was a high wave of peace at Alick Macheso's show in Centenary, Mashonaland Central at club Changaz on Friday night.
The Orchestra Mberikwazvo band was performing for the second time this year at the club in a fully packed club.
Unlike the previous shows where violence and theft overrides it was the most peaceful show ever conducted by Macheso.
Macheso who is also the Red cross ambassador hailed his fans for maintaining peace.
"I just want to thank you all for observing peace my bosses ndimi varungu saka hatidi Hondo toda mufaro bedzi bedzi , " shouted the musician.
Apparently, there was only one police officer clad in riot gear who seemed to have been on holiday since he did not have any hassles in executing his duties.
Zakaria Five aka Changamire the club owner was delighted with the peace wave that has engulfed Zimbabwe since the departure of former president Robert Mugabe.
"The current peace wave in the country has contributed greatly on this show," he said.
"This is a new dawn for Zimbabwe we hope it continues like that, as you can see the attendance was superb and these people organised themselves in maintaining peace."
