TALENTED musician, Willom Tight, will annouce his much-anticipated return to the stage with a show at Tops Nite Club today (Saturday).
The dreadlocked Tight Family frontman is out promoting his latest offering, Chinyerere.
Popular for his yesteryear hit Ndinoda Wangu, Tight said his new album, as suggested in the title, is about him speaking silently through his music, which touches on several social issues.
"This is my idea of telling the world that I might have been silent since my last release Kuza Ngoma in 2007, but there is still a lot I can tell using the lyrics of my composition. This is one project I have taken my time on to allow it to mature and it will be a pleasant present to my loyal following," said Willom Tight in an interview from his Harare base.
Born Willbroad Muponda, Willom Tight made a name for himself during his highly successful stint with rasta-kwasa crooner Dino Mudondo, during which times they churned out several hits such as Bhazi.
Meanwhile, hip-shaking dancers Blue Virgins will be up in the house for their maiden show at Tops tonight (Friday). Tomorrow, they move across town to Chikanga where they will entertain revellers at Douggies Bar.
