Voice Izwi, one of the shows that had been scheduled to premiere at Amakhosi Elite 400's winter season, has been shelved after failing to meet Amkhosi's required standards.
Voice Izwi was set for 29 and 30 June.
Amakhosi director, Cont Mhlanga said they had to shelve the performance because of financial problems that affected its production and could not meet its scheduled date of show.

"The production was affected by under-funding at production stage and we are going to give them time to refine it, and also assist them to mobilise resources to complete the show."
He said it has since been rescheduled for the summer season.
Mhlanga added that they were also planning to shelve the classic play, Nansi Le Ndoda, in favour of a new production by Rooftop Promotions.
Nansi Le Ndoda had been billed to run at the end of July.
Mhlanga said they were now focusing on productions from outside Bulawayo that will see Kapfupi and another prominent actor from Harare featuring at Elite 400.
Some of the performances that have been showcased so far include the Clive Show, featuring comedian Clive Chigubhu, Breast Calabash, featuring Intombi Zomqangala, Sginci Night that featured Jeys Marabini, Bob Nyabinde and Thembi Ngwabi and the Styx Mhlanga directed play, Mother Courage.
