Johannesburg - A man (37) was arrested on Friday for the rape of a 5-year-old girl at the Drayini settlement in Dutywa, Eastern Cape police said.
The man allegedly raped the girl in the informal settlement near Butterworth on Thursday, Captain Jackson Manatha said.
He was expected to appear in the Dutywa Magistrate's Court on Monday.
