Zimbabwean born publisher - chairman of Alpha Media Holdings, Trevor Ncube, who also runs Mail and Guardian in South Africa has been involved in an embarrassing twitter spat with new South African Police Minister Fikike Mbalula.
Ncube posted saying criminals in South Africa are in firing line as Mbalula can both 'tweet and dance' at the same time.
In response, Mbalula asked Ncube whether he has paid his workers.
Ncube is known for late payments in firms he runs.
