Mnangagwa arrives in SA for investment indaba

Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa has arrived in South Africa for an investment conference as the government continues to engage the diaspora and the international community.
Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa, who is leading a high-powered business delegation arrived in South Africa Thursday.
He is being accompanied by Finance Minister and Economic Development Patrick Chinamasa, Macro-Economic Planning and Investment Promotion Minister Dr Obert Mpofu, Minister of Industry and Commerce Dr Mike Bimha, Mines and Mining Development Deputy Minister Fred Moyo and the Minister in the Vice President Office's Clifford Sibanda.
The investment conference which is organised by the Ministry of Macro-Economic Planning and Investment Promotion in partnership with South African-based Zimbabwe-SA Forum is expected to provide a critical platform to deliberate on key issues that will improve the participation of Zimbabwe's diaspora community in various investment opportunities in the country.
Zimbabwe-SA Forum founding adviser Mr Kennedy Mandaza is upbeat that the investment conference will go a long way in improving the ease of doing business in Zimbabwe.
More than 200 delegates are expected to attend the two-day investment conference.
