Johannesburg - The Supreme Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of the DA's appeal that the records relating to the suspension of criminal charges against President Jacob Zuma in 2009 be released.
The NPA was ordered to submit an abridged version of the decision to drop corruption charges against Zuma.
Zuma was ordered to pay the DA's legal costs.
