A TOY boy's mum saved him from cruel hitmen allegedly hired by the new lover of his ex-sugar mum.

Ananias Segwapa (20) was attacked by two thugs early yesterday morning.

They burst into his room, tied up his hands and feet and were about to carry him off when his mum, Lettia, arrived.

She told Daily Sun: "I woke up with a strange feeling at about 4am and went through the kitchen to Ananias' outside room. I was shocked to see two men in the backyard, one with a gun. They threatened to shoot me so I stepped back into the house and called the police."

I was shocked to see two men in the backyard, one with a gun.

They threatened to shoot me do I stepped back into the house and called the police."

The two men had forced their way into Ananias' room in Lekema, North West. They pinned him on his bed and tied his legs and arms with ropes.

He told the People's Paper: "They spoke a foreign language. They warned me that if I screamed, they would kill my whole family."

It seems as if the men were worried about Lettia seeing them earlier. They left Ananias on the bed and vanished.

Cops came and cut the ropes and questioned Ananias. Warrant Officer Sam Tselanyane from the Klipgat police said Ananias should lay a charge of attempted kidnapping.

Since his alleged split-up from Sarah Makanda (38), whom Ananias says was his sugar mum, he has been bumped by a car, beaten up and threatened.

His story was published in Daily Sun on Tuesday. He said his sugar mum had dumped him for a businessman, and now his love rival wanted him dead.
