Malawi's Robert Mugabe a criminal

Malawi - A 45 year old Malawian man, Robert Mugabe was accused of serial murder, rape and robbery, Nyasa Times revealed in its June 12, 2009 publication.
According to police records the suspect was picked in connection with a succession of murders and rape incidents in communities surrounding Zomba, Phalombe, Mulanje and Chiradzulu districts.
Mugabe had been operating under various characters and according to the police it had become difficult for him to be traced and busted.
A police officer who was part of the team that nabbed Mugabe confirmed the arrest : "It's true last year(2008) we arrested a man believed to be a dangerous thug and his name is Robert Mugabe. We have been looking for him for so many years and he is being suspected to have been behind several killings and aggravated burglary,"
