Wife catches hubby raping daughter

Pietermaritzburg - A South African man in KwaZulu-Natal was caught by his wife raping their 13-year-old daughter, it was reported on Wednesday.
He ran away afterwards and tried to commit suicide by cutting his wrists and throat, The Witness reported.
According to the newspaper, a police source said the man's wife went shopping at 18:30 on Monday and returned to find him raping the teenager in the bathroom.
After his suicide attempt he drove to a local private hospital where he was reportedly found at 01:30.
The girl apparently claimed her father had been raping her for the past year.
Lieutenant Joey Jeevan told the newspaper he would appear in court soon on a rape charge.
Second case
Meanwhile, in another case in Pietermaritzburg, a man is on the run after his wife arrived home earlier than expected and caught him molesting their 7-year-old son while their 12-year-old daughter lay on the bed.
He allegedly said he was sorry, and then ran away.
He is still on the run but police are confident of arresting him soon.
