North West - Another police dragging case has emerged, this time near Mahikeng. A police officer has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a man and dragging him next to a police van. eNCA anchor Jeremy Maggs spoke to Moses Dlamini from the Independent Police Investigative Directorate who commented on the matter.
