'Legless' beggar fools Johannesburg locals - video

A 'legless beggar' in Johannesburg has caused a stir on social media sites, after it emerged that he does in fact have legs.
A video taken by a security company of a conman pretending to be a legless beggar on the corner of Glenhove Rd and 5th in Houghton, Johannesburg. It is also alleged that he works with another man, distracting drivers while his partner smashes their windows and steals handbags and cell phones.
Motorists had often seen the beggar squatting on a piece of cardboard on the road, not knowing his legs were tucked inside his shirt.
