IT WAS biscuit seller Bafana Zondo's lucky day when Prophet Paseka "Mboro" Motsoeneng appeared in court on Wednesday.

Surrounded by Incredible Happenings Ministry members, Prophet Mboro donated R1 500 to Bafana (34) of Sebokeng Zone 7, outside the Vereeniging Magistrates Court, Vaal.

Quoting the Bible, Prophet Mboro - a controversial TV pastor said: "I am a wealthy man, so I see fit to give unto others and help them prosper. Blessed is the hand that gives"

Prophet Mboro is on trial for allegedly pointing a firearm at radio presenters outside the Thetha FM studios in Orange Farm, south of Joburg. When the court broke for lunch, the man of God spoke to his supporters who were singing in Leslie Street.

He pulled R100 notes from his pocket and handed them to Bafana, one by one. "I am happy because I have seen the grace of God," said Bafana.
"Thank you, Mboro."

State witnesses testifying in court inclu-ded former Thetha FM current affairs presenter Dibuseng Phalwane.

The case continues on 12 August.
