Bus accident kills 41 people in Kenya - Photos

Kenya Red Cross reports that 41 people were recorded Thursday morning after a grisly bus accident at Ntulele area along Narok - Mai Mahiu highway about 15Km from Narok.
The Mass Casualty bus accident was reported to Kenya Red Cross Emergency Operations Centre in Nairobi at 0222Hrs. The Homabay bound bus from Nairobi lost control careened off the road and rolled into a valley at Pinyiny hill near Ntulele in Narok. The top part of the Bus was ripped off.
Rescue operations was jointly spearheaded by Kenya Red Cross responders from Naivasha, Narok branches and Kenya Police. 39 Casualties sustained multiple injuries and evacuated to Narok District Hospital.
Kenya Red Cross dispatched Eplus Ambulance from Kericho to evacuate critical patients to Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi for specialised treatment.
