The South African Presidency reportedly said on Thursday former president Nelson Mandela's condition remains unchanged, critical but stable.
Mandela was discharged from hospital in September after three months in hospital for a lung infection.
It was his fourth hospitalisation since December last year.
He has remained at his Houghton home in Johannesburg.
His home has been furnished with all the medical equipment used to treat him in hospital.
According to the 'Eyewitness News' the 95-year-old statesman is responding to treatment.
