A highly remorseful 38 year-old Zimbabwean woman appeared in court to face a charge of possession of stolen HIV/AIDS medicine.
A weeping Netsai Chinyembera pleaded guilty to the charge.
She told the magistrate that she bought the medicine from some boys because they were cheap.
"I plead guilty for what I have done and I will never repeat the mistake," said Chinyembera who asked for leniency.
Principal Magistrate, Dumisani Basupi said the answers by the accused are consistent with her plea.
"I am satisfied that her plea is unequivocal."
Chinyembera is due in court on January 31 for mitigation and sentencing.
