Johannesburg - Details have emerged about the brutal killing of a Soweto woman whose DJ boyfriend was arrested after being on the run for her murder.
Dolly Tshabalala, 32, died after she was stabbed in her genitals, reported Eyewitness News, which said it had seen the autopsy report.
Her boyfriend, Donald Sebolai, a former DJ on Jozi FM, was arrested on Tuesday this week after he had been on the run for more than a week.
A spokesperson for the family of the murdered woman said it was clear that her killer not only wanted to murder her but wanted her to suffer.
Meanwhile, Sebolai's mother told The Citizen newspaper that her son appeared stressed and depressed.
Sebolai presented a weekly show on Jozi FM and one the features was speaking out against the abuse of women and children.
