27-year-old Nobukhosi Ncube was shocked by what she found the day her lover forgot 'his' penis on the bed.
Last November Nobukhosi met Skhalazo Ndhlovu (28) and they soon moved in together to a shack in extension 12, Diepsloot, north of Johannesburg.
The relationship progressed well but Nobukhosi said that the pain she experienced during intercourse was unbearable.
"The penis was too big and too strong. It was not like the penis of a human being," she said.
She also found it strange that her lover didn't allow any foreplay.
They apparently never had sex unless it was in total darkness.
"At night when we had sex I couldn't see anything, I could only feel the penis dressed in a condom," said Nobukhosi.
But nine months into their relationship, Nobukhosi found the reasons for the strange behaviour when she went to make the bed one morning and found the big plastic penis.
Skhalazo had forgotten her special equipment between the sheets.
"I found out my boyfriend was a woman like me," Nobukhosi said.
When Daily Sun asked Skhalazo for comment, she said: "My girlfriend knew I'm a woman."
When she was asked why she has used such a huge penis, Skhalazo reportedly remained silent.
On Wednesday, Nobukhosi went to report the matter to the Community Policing Forum (CPF) in extension 12 and Skhalazo was brought into the CPF office for questioning.
Nobukhosi told the CPF Skhalazo had threatened her with physical violence if she told people about the penis.
A group of women and men waited outside the office, with some wanting to teach Skhalazo a painful lesson, but the two were taken back to their shack by CPF members.
Following the incident, the community started looking for alternative accommodation for Nobukhosi.
