Man's penis cut off in revenge attacks

A man from Kameelrivier near Siyabuswa, Mpumalanga, SA, allegedly cut off another man's private parts in the early hours of Monday.
Brigadier Selvy Mohlala said a 41-year-old man was on his way home with a friend after a night of drinking when they were approached by four men.
The man's friend managed to flee.
The man was rescued by a passerby who took him to a clinic, from where he was transferred to Philadelphia Hospital in Dennilton.
The victim identified one of his attackers and the police arrested a 36-year-old man.
On Monday afternoon, residents traced a second suspect.
The 30-year-old man was badly beaten and his privates were also cut off.
He was admitted to Mmametlhake Hospital in Hammanskraal and is under police guard.
The first suspect appeared in the Mdutjana Magistrates Court on an attempted murder charge.
