South Africa confirms land expropriation for 2015 - Video

Delivering his speech during the ANC's 103rd birthday celebrations in Cape Town this week, President Jacob Zuma spoke directly on land reform, News24 reported.

Describing the "willing buyer, willing seller" model of land reform as "unsuccessful", Zuma explained expropriation will be on the cards for South Africa this year.

Zuma explained the system would be carried out "in line with the constitution".
