Train crashes into car killing two people

Johannesburg - Two people were killed and another was critically injured when a train crashed into their car in Northern KwaZulu-Natal, Emergency Medical Services said.
"The incident occurred just after 5pm [on Friday] in Mtubatuba in the Umkhanyakude District," spokesman Robert McKenzie said.
Two people were declared dead on the scene.
"The paramedics worked frantically as a team to stabilise the critically injured patient on scene."
The patient was taken to Ngwelezane Hospital.
Police were investigating the cause of the accident.
