'Gang leader' of xenophobic attacks promise to execute more foreigners - Video

An alleged Ugandan national purporting to be the Gang leader of xenophobic attacks who released a video threatening to execute more foreigners.
Listening to the video, the purported leader's accent is not from the Southern Africa region, judging by posts on his timeline, the man is from Uganda and looks like he has handed himself to the Swedish police.
According to a message on his timeline, he has reported himself to Swedish police.
In the man's last post on his timeline he wrote, "TO ALL MY PENG PENG FANS As I speak this is my last post on this page untill further notice. I have decided to hand my self to swedish police and answer questions with ref concerning my viral video. Right now i know you have so many questions kinda Why did you imitate the king of zulu? But i have no answers.! aint perfect and i know some people are happy n some aint.As agrown man i will take full responsibility for my actions.I made an Expensive joke at an expense where people lost their lives n right now it back fired.The Police has accepted me to post this to my fans and i wouldnt dare post this if i never had fans or those people that truly love me omulaala asilika .My message to the Ugandan media is stop providing people with false information for the sake of ratings.likes,comments and viewership concerning the current situation of peng peng because at the end of the day PENG PENG will be back and you will eat your words."
