Libya conflict - Rebel forces and their supporters were celebrating as they entered Tripoli in what seems to be the likely end for Gaddafi.
Gaddafi's son, Saif Al-Islam has been captured by rebels and his other son Mohammed surrendered to the rebels.
Gaddafi's spokesman, Moussa Ibrahim said in a press statement that "Nato will be held responsible morally and legally for the deaths" in Libya.
Ibrahim said the Libyan people are fighting out of fear because they do not have any way out. If they try to stop 'this madness' they will be killed.
