Muammar Gaddafi has vowed death or victory in fight against "aggression", in an address on al-Orouba TV, Retuers reported.
Gaddafi has also said that the Bab al-Aziziya compound has been levelled to the ground by 64 NATO air strikes and that his withdrawal from his Bab Al-Aziziya compound in Tripoli was a tactical move.
