Zimbabwean man sought-after for SA rape, abduction case

Cape Town - Clanwilliam police have called for the public's help in locating a suspect known as Lloyd Taruvinga who is wanted in connection with a rape and abduction case that happened between Sunday and Monday on the Klein Vaalwater farm in Clanwilliam.
The suspect was last seen on the Vaalwater, Trawal and Sypherfontein farms in the Clanwilliam area.
He is a Zimbabwean national and is in South Africa illegally. Police said it was possible that he was using a false name.
He is also wanted by Graafwater police for housebreaking and theft.
Anyone with any information of the suspect's whereabouts is requested to contact warrant officer Van Rhyn on (027) 482 8500 or 0825221013.
