Durban - A Durban businessman and two women plan are furious after finding out that a traditional healer took a photographs of them and used them in adverts, describing how he supposedly helped them get their unfaithful lovers back in only three days, the Times reported on Monday.

On of the affected women, Odette Cooper, said she thought "Dr Omar" had taken the picture from Facebook and had given her the fake name "Crystal". When she called to confront him, he hung up on her.

Two other people have had similar experiences. A Durban electrician believes "Dr Ally" took the picture from his business card and ran it in an ad with a false name in two newspapers – claiming to have "helped him" find his wife in bed with a neighbour.

Another woman had a similar experience with a "Dr Sol".

Pather and Cooper have consulted lawyers and say they intend laying criminal charges.

A KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson said these incidents amounted to fraud and could even be regarded as theft.
