Entire family dies while mother was breastfeeding and driving

An entire family was killed on Thursday in South Africa when the car they were traveling in collided with a bus.
The driver of the car is reported to have been breastfeeding her 1-year-old daughter while driving, news24 reported on Thursday.
Paramedics removed the baby's body from the breast of her mother Eunice Franklin,29, in the driver's seat of the family's car.
